Terrible service. Employees are bothered when you for information they should provide. The restaurant closes at 6pm and good luck with any service as simple as a cup of ice or asking for the tours because they're too busy talking. The pool, nice and beautiful but good luck getting a drink, or getting anyone to give you any information about who can help you with a drink. It's summer time and I am a business person and all I was thinking was, the potential of this place to have music, drinks and finger foods. I have really mixed feelings about the hotel. The view is nice and location is also not bad but in general it’s really dirty. When we came to the room there was so much sand on the floor everywhere that it was obvious that no one sweeps the floor there. Also linen was dirty every time they change it, it was dirty as you can see on the picture. Another issue is mold in the bathroom. Moreover, twice we were stuck outside of our room, once for one hour because the lock in our door was broken so it’s easy to see that the hotel needs some renovation.

I had a great room 5th floor overlooking the pool. The room was clean, the beds soft, great A/C. and great shower. Good food in restaurant and clean pool. Staff awesome in the restaurant but not at the front desk. Curtains need updating to keep the outside lights out at night.
