I really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. One of the waiters / staff was particularly rude and frequently difficult to deal with, insisting that we tip 20% every single time we order something. The best place to stay in Puerto! I don't remember anything that will make me think about not returning, the rooms are exceptional ( ask for the second floor for the view) The Cheff doesn't know how talented he is, he has elevated traditional dishes to a higher level!
