Hotel staff were all super friendly and accommodating, I believe I spoke the most with Ani (I hope I am remembering her name correctly) at the front desk who was so nice and helpful with any inquiries I had. The breakfasts (included) were delicious and the restaurant staff were attentive and so friendly. Beds were mostly comfortable, a bit more firm than my liking. The suites stayed cool in the heat. It's good location with nice beach. The room is clean and confortable. Only no good point was that shower in room do not have hot water.
Stayed for 4 days, beginning of March. Nice location. We were sent 'the rule' ahead of time. Of course, they weren't enforced, so worthless. Most days, all the pool and beach chairs were reserved by 9 am. People put books or towels to reserve, then don't return for hours. There is no warm water in the shower. Told the front desk. Nothing was done. The restaurant was mediocre. Breakfast was included. Only had it once. Better option to go find better food elsewhere. Drinks are weak and overpriced. No wifi in our suite.
