4.4177 reviewsAbsolutely terrible!!!! It was so bad, I switched to an AirBNB. LOOK ELSEWHERE! Noisy, dirty, rude, no car parking. They claim to be pet friendly, but you’ll need to walk three blocks with your pets (there are tons of stray dogs running the streets). Muy feo!
It's a nice, modern hotel, the rooms are a little bit small, but cozy, it's not too expensive, the personal is always friendly and polite, I really recommend it.
We recently stayed at the Helverica hotel and I was really disappointed with the service: twice in the morning, there was NO hot water, the maid also forgot to put tissues in the room, and this was even when I called to ask for some at the reception desk, but what I was VERY upset was that one day after I had gone shopping and putting my purchases in the room (there are NO drawers to put away things), I went out for lunch not before asking at the reception desk to please put some towels in the room, that I came back that afternoon and "someone" got some of my jewelry that my husband had just b…
