4.3219 reviewsThis hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The location is amazing and right next to the Jardin. Besides that, there’s nothing else great about it. The rooms are spacious but beds were not comfy. There’s also no mini fridge in the room. Staff are Aok. Overall it’s okay, not quite worth the price.
The best thing about this hotel is the location but with SMA being so small that doesn’t even matter so much. I feel like I was gaslit by the 5-star rating - rooms were very mediocre and cold/no heating (in Dec). One of the front desk ladies was so mean/not helpful and almost ruined our trip but another one was like the nicest lady on the planet
The hotel is a few buildings downhill from the central plaza, near Starbucks. The rooms were large, contemporary and clean. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for showers. There was also a sewage problem that was being flushed out in the middle of the restaurant. And rainwater flooded the walkway outside the rooms.
