This is the 3rd time we stay a Holiday Inn Monterrey Norte and we LOVE it. They have the best customer service. Everything you need from a 5 star hotel at a reasonable price. The Astros restaurant is fantastic. We used the great room service, the laundry and the computer room. This is our destination ever time we visit. Plus, great security at night. Nothing bad to say about this amazing place.

All in all a good hotel. Very nice location. Has got all the amenities. A bathtub would have added to its luxury. The lights of the rooms are not so bright. So in the night it feels a little darker. The rooms have got two King size beds. The front desk speaks English and Spanish.

This was first stay here. The staff were very nice. The fitness center was terrible with limited hours. Layout of the hotel made for long walks to the room. Food was not good.
