We booked a king suit and were told they didn't have any king rooms left. Check in took a long time and the customer service was not good. They gave us a free breakfast buffet but the food wasn't even worth it. Ants and small bugs in the room. No way to close the bathroom window. People could see you shower if they wanted to. The ac was very loud.
Excellent front desk from Alexandra. Good snack and dinner priced well fir plenty of food. Room excellent. Indirect lights. Plush pillows and blankets. Wonderful towels ..Large and soft. Great place
