We ALL experienced the same expérience about the client service , the crumbling walls , the cold showers , the wifi ( ps. they should not be allowed to put wifi on their site ) when the wifi is only functioning perfectly at the réception . We paid 440 USD for a room and had to watch Netflix outside of it because the Wifi is a JOKE. We have been Robbed simply . Interesting place to spend a weekend. It's location is good. You can enjoy an amazing view of the surrounding mountains breathing nothing but tranquility. The restaurant: quite expensive... Dinner was definitely good (mejillones, pollo con relleno de pistache y costra de aceituna and Gota de Chocolate for dessert) but beverages and breakfast was quite disappointing. I mean, 80 pesos for 5 pieces of hard and dry bread was not exactly what we wanted to taste. And 195 pesos chilaquiles sounds like a lot... Considering the flavor was not worth it. 6,000 MXN/nite deserves great service and attention to details. This place has neither of the above. Bad Kitchen. I could list dozens of faults and mistakes, the management just doesn't get it....it is call a rip off when the extract as much cash as they possibly can, and return as little value as possible.
