4.8214 reviewsRafael was amazing during our 1 night stay. He was constantly attentive and service was impeccable. Noise in the room was a bit annoying at times, in the morning and at night since it’s not the best insulated, but everything else was incredible. So if you’re a light a sleeper, bring some earplugs. The location is incredible, so close to downtown and very secure (there’s a gate and people that manage it). And the pool was so warm, even at night. Incredible experience and I would come back.
Excellent. The service is very very good and I felt that the service was what made the stay extra special. The garden is lovely and peaceful. Lovely food too.
Very nice hotel and the attention from everyone there was great.
