4.22015 reviewsThe room was nice, but not enough hot water at shower time! The staff very nice! I liked the downstairs restaurant ,service and food were great. Just I order a glass of wine, and they said don't sell it!! What I love about this hotel is one block from the cathedral and the zocalo.
Please see the whole review for good and not so good. This hotel has seen better days, it has cute colonial feel to it but the rooms are not functional. The shower and toilet don't work properly and The complimentary breakfast is reduced to a choice of cereal or toast juice or coffe and a couple of slices of ham. On the bright side the place is inexpensive, is clean, maintained and the service personnel are kind, it has a great location right in the hart of the city with some balcony rooms with great views to the very live (and a little noisy) downtown street and cathedral church towers, als…
Needs upgrades a lot of upgrade lack of outlets, no heat for been an area stablish 500 years ago and is a cold zone many hotels here don't have heat. Internet super slow it drops all the time and now this town is a Pueblo Mágico is sad.
