My worst experience in a hotel. They charged me more because my reservation was for two single beds and I was traveling with my family. There was not any comment on my reservation clarifying that point. Guys at reception very unprofessional and rude. They just gave me one mini bottle of shampoo for 4 persons in the room and one soap bar. When I asked for more shampoo the guy was very rude with me and tried to gave me a body lotion as shampoo when he clearly had more shampoo in a bag. So I also changed my attitude with him and finally got another shampoo bottle and another soap bar. I'll never…
Awful place. Nothing like the pictures and they downgraded my room without a valid reason or compensation. The room I had paid for stood empty.
