We booked a double premium room and paid more only to find out that our other family members who paid for a regular room, received the exact same room as us. In addition to this, they received free breakfast and we did not. We spoke to the hotel staff and they refused to acknowledge this and basically called us liars stating that our room did not include free breakfast. This was even after showing them the confirmation that showed free breakfast. The staff was rude and simply ignored us rather than showing any type of unde…
A sweet older hotel but well kept, clean rooms and public areas. Staff members are kind, friendly and efficient, from reception to breakfast lady and housekeeper. Breakfast was included, variety of 2 hot dishes, fruit. Guests seemed enjoy. Pluses - good WiFi, hot water.
The rooms are good, they’re not great, just good. The reason for that is because the room I’m in currently, room Distrito Federal, the sink has a leaking problem and the door won’t close completely if you’re trying to shower. The service the hotel provides is great but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. The breakfast is a problem that needs to be fixed because they’re slow in making food for the guests.
