I accidentally choosed the wrong dates for my booking, but the good thing was they still had a room for me and my friends. I talked with the receptionists and they promised me that I will get the money back from my original booking. The next days I remind them that I paid twice for the room and they promised me again that they will talk to the manager asap. In 4 days nothing happenend, even when I remind them again and again. Small boutique hotel with a beautiful garden and pool. Super friendly staff. The room was pretty nice but our bathroom was extremely nice and luxurious.
This is a small hotel with a great location, very close to downtown and Cenote Zaci. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and common spaces were very clean.
