Do not think this this is a good boutique hotel , swimming pool dirty I ask the hotel to clean it and I was told sorry we do not have the basic pool tools needed , place very dark all time lights off at night hallways and main entrance in total darkness, first floor roaches infested I had to chance room I was at number 1 room NOTHING woks , old and zero maintenance, roaches , they gave me other room because at 12 am I didn’t have any other option where to go , I wanted to change hotel asap , manager incompetent and careless , night shift worker at front desk was a guy…
Everything is clean (some mold on the walls) and unique style, central location, and walking distance to a lot of things. There is a pool, but we didn't swim in it. We arrived really early, and they had us wait until 3 check-in. There is hot water for showers, the air conditioning was great and we got to watch a little TV at night...found an English channel. The staff is friendly but hard to communicate with since they know little English. We were a short walk to the ADO, scooter rental place, and main square. A great surprise for the price. First of all keep in mind the hotel is an economic option near the center of town. These older buildings typically have limited parking. That being said, one can tell the owners have made an effort to modernize their facility. And they have done a great job. The place is quiet, private and feels safe except for the locks on the rooms which are only door knob locks. There is no locking mechanism that locks only from the inside.
