The experience with reservations staff eliminates the appeal of coming here. When calling via phone, someone does answer right away, but after getting transferred to reservations, I am either hung up on, or no one answers. This is with calling several times on Wednesday and Thursday, during normal business hours. Additionally, the staff on the Whatsapp channel does not respond, either. With regards to the rooms, my experience has been they are clean, with above average appeal for the area. The main restaurant is definitely the high point of this establishment. We were happy with the rooms which were clean and comfortable.They hava a good harbour view and very quiet ACs. While the food in the restaurant was ok the.service was poor. Dishes were missed and drinks delivered haphazardly, sometimes after we finished eating. You are better off dining out.
