Hotel Best Place Express

I reserved this hotel because I visited it one year ago. It was new, had nice service, and was clean. Last weekend, the hotel was in bad condition. It practically has zero maintenance. The bathroom was not well clean; the bath area had soap residues on the walls. The toilet seat lid and shower curtain were broken. The towels seem to be old. The only treadmill was broken. Nevertheless, the hotel guard was always seated and looking at his cell phone; the rest of the personnel were warm and friendly.

In general it is a good hotel, however, when you travel for work, the internet becomes a very important element to consider, since in this case it is very poor, the connection is very slow and at times it goes away. But it has other positive things, such as its location at the entrance to Zamora, very accessible, with a large and safe parking lot, the breakfast is a bit simple but delicious and with the basics (fruit, coffee, milk, juice, cereal, sweet bread and the stew of the day, I think it varies). The rooms are clean and billing is fast! Another weak point is the noise, you can hear noise…

Very good hotel, excellent staff service. The only two things I have to point out are that the breakfast buffet needs a little more variety, and the pool was very chlorinated, which caused skin allergies, though it depends on the individual. But overall, it's an excellent hotel.
