Overall cleanliness of rooms and public areas 3/5. Gym small but working, no dumbbells. Lots of street noise, but as expected. We had to request a battery change on the strong box, which was DOA at our arrival. WiFi issues in our part of hotel (facing Madero) until resolved after several days. Read past reports of possible theft so we were very careful to secure all valuables: we had absolutely no issue…

Wonderful location and excellent Sanborn Restaurant provided delicious meals. The best hotel attendant is Alexa and she responds better than the app. lol
