4.4232 reviewsHad an absolute wonderful time. The most relaxing and very picture friendly hotel. All staff was great and helpful. No matter what our needs were, they made sure to meet them. Our romantic anniversary dinner was going to be cancelled due to the weather but the staff made sure to find us a different spot that still was romantic and perfect for us. Gerardo and the chef Giovani were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!
Everything was wonderful! Gorgeous place, very peaceful and lovely colors of the lake. It is in the middle of the jungle so everything very natural. The staff was very warm and friendly, particularly, David, Gerardo, Jesus and Monik.
We rent the villa on the lake and it waa perfect! Clean en very nice staff! The location at the lake was nice and you can use everything what you want. Nice bar and food was nice.
