The hotel is alright but it definitely can use some maintenance, specially on the elevators and pool area. Elevators are a bumpy ride to say the less, besides, the doors work different every time, sometimes open and close really slow and some others they close as fast that you can help but being hit on the side. No kidding I am always throwing my kid out of the elevators as soon as possible because doors already hit her side once. Pool area was dirty, not only the pool but also the chairs and the area in general. Update: elevators are worse now, only one working, more bumps and undesired stop…
You need to use the stairs because elevator barely works and its slowness is absurd. Room service has improvement areas. It shouldnt just be the bed
