They advertise a gym that was closed the all time, they do not have a working ice machine, the restaurant has very limited service hours, they advertise “free dessert” and when we asked about it, they said that they don’t offer that, even though it’s printed in the front door of the restaurant. We asked twice for a lightbulb to be fixed because it was blinking the all time and it never got fixed. They have the worst hotel service.The room keys lost programming every other day and when asked if there was anything that could be done, the…
Beds are very uncomfortable, front desk is nice but the guard in the parking are was rude. Light in bathroom is poor, need to update this hotel. It accomplished its purpose, I was able to sleep (somehow in that bed) without any noise from other rooms or hallway
There was no hot water, mosquitoes were in the room because for some odd reason they keep their windows open on all empty rooms. The beds were as hard as the floor. You have to leave a deposit to hold access to the TV. The price of the hotel definitely is not worth that.
