They are currently remodeling which is much needed. Cons: - The carpet on the hallways looked a bit dirty. - The pool was not working and rooms were still priced on the higher end - Elevator takes a while since it’s only 1 Pros: - We booked the bigger rooms and it was perfect for 5. - Breakfast was good - Front desk was very friendly - Starbucks, Oxxo and restaurants walking distance I would recommend and stay here again in the future. Especially after the remodel.

Stayed here for one night on a layover. Not far from the Monterrey airport and they have a hotel shuttle. You just need to call the hotel when you arrive at the airport and let them know which terminal you are. Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast with many breakfast and fruit offerings. Staff was also nice and pleasant.

Stayed there for a night to be close to the airport since the flight left at 5:30 am. The hotel reception area is fine but the premises are not well kept. The hallways have a funny smell and in the room I stayed in the bed covers didn't look clean.
