The staff is very kind The check-in was efficient The air conditioning in the room was not working, and the fan was very loud They sent a tech to repair it, but he did not get it to work right

The hotel itself was nice. The breakfast was amazing and the staff treats you well. Drop off to the airport is very easy, every 30 minutes. Pick up from the airport maybe a nightmare but it's not impossible. They eventually told me to take a taxi with a specific company and they'd reimburse the money. I wanted for 2 hours before that decision was made and communicated after they didn't show up when they said they would.

Incredibly unhelpful staff. Landed around midnight and waited for the shuttle for over an hour. We called the hotel several times each time they told us it would be there in a few minutes. We watched as other hotel vans complete several round trips. We had no choice but to pay for an overpriced taxi to go the less than 4 mins drive to the hotel. Upon arriving, the front desk says his driver was waiting for us at terminal C for 20 minutes which would be a lie since we were there way past all other passengers leaving the area. They were only few cars and we saw each shuttle come and leave the en…
