I honestly don't know why this hotel has such harsh reviews. Maybe I just haven't stayed at any others in the area to compare (we are from Chicago), but we loved the rooms. We almost didn't book because of the reviews. I'm glad we did though. Everything was awesome, from the location (oxxo right in front and super close to my familie's homes) to the service, the room, and the outdoor area. We had a King Suite. It was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and had functioning AC. The bathroom was super nice, i loved the shower. I felt comfortable leaving my valuables in the room with zero iss…
It's nothing special. For the price, it's okay service. The food at the restaurant is a bit overpriced and doesn't have much flavor. The pool is big and great for kids on vacation. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially in serving drinks by the pool. The rooms could use a little makeover...a little depressing style interior.
