4.3999 reviewsStay here! We booked online for 4 nights but arrived a day early. They were very accommodating and we were able to have the same room our entire stay. We wanted to stay another night but they were sold out. We totally understand. We will be staying here again in Nov. and anytime we have plans to be in Ensanda. This hotel offers clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great water pressure, delicious breakfast (and a full menu) and the best staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and patient with us. Stayed four nights. I felt confortable for the most part and safe. Hallways were well lit and there were cameras everywhere. The standard room was clean and the location was convenient. Cons: Cleaning staff were a bit chatty during the day. The standard room had small privacy windows (about 16x9 inches), and only one opened but the room did have AC. Breakfast was okay, though hot items were served cold.
Husband found the hotel online. Good location - not too close to tourist area - walking distance so no problem. We walked there and back and felt safe, no issues other than crazy sidewalks mean you have to pay attention. Staff was really friendly, bed was really comfortable and room was dark. We lucked out and did not get noisy neighbors - I think you would hear everything - but interestingly very quiet for street traffic etc. Room was spotless, not huge but perfect for what we needed.
