The rooms had everything we needed and we got a great night sleep before heading to the airport. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped me get taxis as needed and answered all my questions. The waiters in the restaurants were helpful and friendly. I loved the decor of the reception and it allowed us to have a nice place to sit and wait for our taxis. The pool was a nice size and we enjoyed it for a few minutes before heading to dinner. Rooms are very hot and expensive. The air conditioner was not working. Food in the morning is not good and looks like they use the materials from last week. Good things, the área is nice and has a lot of trees also a small swimming pool.
Great hotel for vacation, visiting family, and exploring the area. There is great service, with clean rooms, large and clean showers, cable, wifi, and complementary breakfast which is very good. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub, offers car washes, laundry, event area, and can call a cab for you. Don't forget to tip the amazing staff.
