Everyone was dressed nicely, and from the moment we walked in, we were offered freshly made juice. They also took our bags to our room right away. The pool was heated and clean, and the breakfast was freshly made in a buffet style. I highly recommend this place for families looking to enjoy good air conditioning and excellent service.
The staff and service was top notch. The restaurant has a variety of dishes to choose from and everything we tried was delicious. Try the guava mimosas.
Rooms are a bit outdated, but okay for the area. The hallway smelled like mold. The garden and pool were nice. The hotel missed to give me my breakfast tickets at check in and they wanted me to pay for the breakfast. I had to show the manager the receipt when I booked my stay online and the total paid for the room and breakfast. They ended up giving me my breakfast tickets afterwards.
