Staff treats you horrible, Glasses guy at reception laugh in your face when you report something. Very disappointing. Rooms are very old, TV's are not even flat screens, imagine the rooms 🥲.
Very bad experience. On our 3rd night my wife was atacked ,yes attacked by bed bugs. But you never know.
The Real Rex hotel was different from what it looked like in all the pictures. The rooms and the general look of it was subpar especially from the pictures posted. The free breakfast provided was just coffee, toast, and water melon. It's very difficult to give this hotel a bad review due to the location. It was close to the central garden and a lot of stores/restaurants in a short walk. The staff was very friendly especially the room attendant. I would recommend this hotel if you're just looking for a place to stay cheap and don't want all the bells and whistles of an upscale hotel.
