The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed.
Very poor service. Since we checked in they had problems getting our rooms ready. Check in is at 3 but we didn't get a room until 6. The staff through out the hotel is very rude, making horrible gestures at guests and giving attitude. The lady at checkin even accused my family of stealing and threatened to go through out luggage. The food is not great at all, kitchen staff look dirty. The rooms are dirty and the AC does not work.
