There’s mold, ants in the room and toilets won’t flush. Service is terrible, took over an hour for the toilet to get fixed. They didn’t care about the ants. There’s cockroaches in the pool area and dining area. Ceilings are literally falling off. You have to cross heavy traffic area to get to the beach and they won’t even open it until almost mid day and it’s only open for 4 hours. The pool is always over crowded and be ready to wait for over 2…
This is a health hazard. Not only the rooms are disgusting, in order to get a different room, I was asked more money. This is disgusting and also the hotel refused to give me a refund (i didn’t stay). Please don’t waste your money in this place.
Great value hotel. Great location. Plenty of food and good quality buffet. Some of the staff were a bit strict but I guess you need to be with so many people strolling around on unlimited alcohol.
