4.0618 reviewsIt is just adequate, but it was clean and well run. Rooms were a little dark and one can very easily hear ones neighbour showering, or someone talking outside your door, or kids playing in the pool, so bring earplugs! Nice pool and waterfalls. Excellent maid service!
Amaaaazing! Highly recommended. First of all the staff is super sweet ❤️ After years of not visiting Zicatela, the staff made me feel welcomed and they were so kind and helpful in every aspect. The cabins are spacious, clean, with their own bathroom and shower. Plus they have awesome hammocks to relax during your stay 😌 The location is ideal, right across the beach, next to an Oxxo (convenience store) Hanging out in the pool is so cool. Few places have it all in 1 and Acuario is one of these places for such an accesible price. And they have a delicious Mexican breakfast, will stay here again…
Pricecier than the nicer places nearby, dirty showers and bathrooms (mold, dirt and sand). Terrible plumbing (toilets and showers clogged). The location is good, and the pool is old but decent. Definitely not coming back and suggest people considering booking there, to check online for better options. I wish we had checked.
