4.31999 reviewsThey didn’t put shower curtain. They only fixed it next day. All people working at check in counter can’t speak English. Not much food choice around this hotel.
The hotel was accommodating and at no time did I feel unsafe. The staff is very friendly and for the most part the lobby and exterior was clean and presentable. The carpet in the room that I stayed in #321 needs cleaning and the toilet needs adjusting when flushed. My suggestion is they pick up the garbage bags that are left in the hallway in front of the rooms. They were left there overnight from the moment that I first checked in, till seven in the morning when I checked out.
The staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate us when I had booked the wrong hotel. The manager was especially kind and very understanding, I believe his name is Omar. We highly recommend.
