I was in Saltillo this past weekend (oct 25-27, 2024) for a family function and booked this place to spend the weekend, OMG, it as a total nightmare, and as soon as you step out of the elevator you could feel the this vibe, as if something bad is about to happen. The room's doors are paper thin, and they seem as if they have previously opened with screw drivers or knifes. The furniture is very outdated, the ripped bed comforters, the cockroches in the sink area, the toilet missing the seat, no light in the show…
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, and the doors didn’t open properly. The only thing that seemed to work was the elevator. Everything else felt outdated and poorly maintained. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.
Unsafe, Unclean , Un-kept. If I could give minus 5, I would... The locks have been forced open with knives or sharp objects , you can see inside of the room through there, the "curtains" are just hanging in there, they don't close properly, It is just a dirty place, The elevator shake when you are in it... Old furniture... I don't recommend it at all... The people working in there do what they have to do, Whoever owns this dump should do something about it to do repairs and clean this place. It is NO SAFE, I check-in and I check-out immediately, I DO NOT recommend it.
