4.31237 reviewsWe've been staying here for the past several years and have always enjoyed our stays. This last visit was much different. The staff at front desk were horrible. Rude and apathetic!! They actually tried to over charge us for a room that we had already paid for. One luggage cart for the entire property. Roof top pool is like a polar plunge and the hot tub always has issues. Thankfully, we were only there for one night!! They also had spaghetti and meatballs at their morning breakfast set up. Will will definitely be staying elsewhere on our next trip!!

I would not recommend staying here. I pre paid for my ocean view room but when I checked in I was given a dusty room with no view. After calling front desk they told me there are no more ocean room (despite booking and paying for one). I was able to change rooms to one with a larger window but it’s not much better (with a view of a parking lot). I asked for a refund or discount but was denied. Very disappointing.
