After submitting all requested info, we received a confirmation email. But when we followed up, they claimed the appointment wasn’t confirmed—despite what their own email said. The level of miscommunication and lack of professionalism is shocking for a place of this supposed caliber. They ruined what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Not worth the price or the stress. There are far better spas in Cabo—don’t waste your time or money here.
