The property is a handful of old colonial buildings - monasteries, a fort, horse stables, etc. right in the middle of the city and walking distance to everything. The history of the property, blended with all the modern amenities, makes it surpass every/any hotel in San Miguel. We did a friends trip to San Miguel—two couples—and there was no detail spared at this lovely Belmond property. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this place was special. Ana and Santiago helped us with check in and got us settled in our rooms. Ana was always present and we loved seeing her throughout our stay—so kind and attentive.
