I hardly ever leave negative reviews but I felt I had to spread the word. Sadly we did not have a good experience in this hotel last night (10 Aug 2024).The room was an oven and the AC was broken. We called reception at 1am to see if they could fix it and they sent the security guard who had absolutely no clue. They left us hanging for an hour until I had to get up and walk to reception to find out what was going on! Long story short we couldn’t sleep because the AC was broken and it was insanely hot. The customer service was appalling. We will definitely never return here again.
