The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life — in Just 8 Hours I travel frequently and stay in hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such poor service and disregard for guests as I did here. My call to the reception office: - Do you know if OXXO downstairs offers toilet paper? - Yes they do - Ok, I will buy some since I call you earlier to ask for it and nobody bring it - We will send it right away. My review: Great location, personal is very nice. Room was between ok and good. But seems some like some lack of training about the minimal services an hotel should offer. For example: provide water, towels and toilet paper right away.

Extremely clean, and friendly staff. A lot of walking restaurants nearby and also convenient connected to a shopping mall. With a lot of beautiful places to explore near by…. We highly recommend!
