We had the worst experience, from the customer service from everyone at reception, the room, the smell, this hotel is NOT in any way shape of form a “boutique” hotel. Our reservation said we could check in at 12pm and we arrived around 12:30, the guy at reception went on to say our room wasn’t ready. We asked if there was a place to change since we had been traveling all day and needed a place to freshen up. There were no bathrooms to be found, you either had to walk in to the restaurant on the lower level with your lu…

This is not even close a boutique style hotel is a crap. The main entrance is depressing, out of maintenance and the lo by smells pretty bad, The elevator dirty and lack of maintenance Reception/ front desk is intent to be a hotel reception just a counter and a bad smell Rooms tried to be trendy but they look very cheap not even hangers in the closet
