I stayed on the fifth floor, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected for the price. The noise from the laundry room was constant throughout the night, and the walls seemed incredibly thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable. I found hair on both the bathroom counter and the bedroom sheets, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, the front desk was unavailable to assist with my concerns. Overall, I didn’t get any sleep, but the hotel still received payment. This stay was a letdown, and I would not recommend…

Beautiful San Pedro, this is right next to some great restaurants! Don Arturo's and Veraculos are highly recommended. At the AC, fresh made coffee and fruit infused water at the front desk are a nice touch. Great showers!

Great location with neighboring shops and restaurants. Very helpful staff and a great breakfast in the morning. Spacious room, but then again, I am here solo! I did have problems sleeping because the AC would shut off, making it warm and, without the white noise from the fan, I could hear doors in the hallway and the toilet kept refilling every 30-40 minutes. I hate it when places don't let you control the AC. The shower door allowed a lot of water to by-pass it, making the floor wet.
