We stayed on the medical floor ( Grand Care) and our stay was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Second time at this lovely hotel. Amazing and attentive staff. Great location and great amenities. The only things I wish I could have changed were the shower, it was a bit outdated and the water wasnt too hot, (but thats my personal preference), and maybe having a few more chairs on the roof terrace near the pool for some early morning sun. Everything was fantastic.
