4.21127 reviewsThis is the second time at this property. I work as a pilot and it’s convenient if you overnight at Toluca airport . The first time I booked I could not stay because they overbooked and bumped without notice. This time the food at the restaurant was decent, however their pump broke down and there was no water pressure, so I had to shower with just a trickle of water. I tried calling front desk with the room phone but it did not work. I called with my cell phone and fortunately someone picked up and sent someone to the room to check it out but was of no help.
Great hotel. Close to hotel and city. Very clean and modern.
The hotel was revamped recently, and it was a pleasure staying there. You will need a car or use taxis as there is nothing to do at walking distance.
