One person, 2 beds? I hope a family traveling late does not need a room with 2 beds! On top of putting my room right next to my coworker. We see one another enough. Treating customers like they are numbers not guests. Pre-Assigned rooms and no refrigerator for my insulin. Great 🤦♂️
