From the lobby to the restaurant, the service was truly superb; they really do go out of their way to make you feel incredibly welcome. I visited Zacatecas in December 2024 and our stay at Casa Faroles was ruined by an unprofessional waiter. Casa Faroles is a beautiful hotel located near the historic center, and the staff at the hotel was very pleasant, especially the manager. Although the hotel can be a bit noisy, I overlooked this issue until my last day there. It all started on the first morning there; one of the waiters, Carlos Gomez, came to our table. He greeted us and told us that the options for breakfast were only three items, so I ordered huevos divorciados. My eggs were runny, so I called him and asked him to please…
Unbeatable location, everything is accessible on foot. We had room 301, very spacious, nice room, good bathroom, huge tv, wifi came and went. Parking is included just on the other side of the street but is a bit dark and pretty narrow spaces if you have a bigger car. Breakfast is also included in the price, fresh fruit or juice, eggs any which way, bread, coffee, all served upstairs on the terrace. Great place for a great price!
