3.8312 reviewsWe came to this hotel with a rental car so we didn't have any problem with the hotel being near the highway. The service was good and they also helped us book activities like Sunrise Paddle Board and Pantoon Boat tour. The room blinds should have been more darker as the current blinds allow all the light from the pool at night. Their beds are comfortable and they have an amazing WiFi. The housekeeping was just wow. I don't think our room looked this spectacular when we first entered it. Didn't expect our room to be so amazing when we came back to our room.
I‘m an experienced traveler and have been to Mexico many times. I‘m not particularly picky and have slept in a lot of „basic“ hotels before without problems. However, this hotel borders on fraud and deception and I just want to save other travelers the stress and disappointment I had to deal with. This hotel looks nice in photos. AMAZING STAFF, STRUCTURE, AND AMBIENT. We enjoyed our stay in an incredible way! Such a quite place with a cool view of the pool out of the rooms, very cozy and nicely furnished! We had a glass of wine bought in town by the pool every night after sightseeing with all the stars above... AMAZING. Breakfast 9/10.
