Miguel the Guest Services Agent was always aware of our tourist needs, recommended the best tours, and we trusted all of our recreation and restaurants needs, Many Thanks Mayanah, and Staff
Pros: very clean. Cons: hard bed. They didn’t say the pool was broken until we arrived. Not a great location to walk anywhere near the lagoon. Slow WiFi.
Lets start with the positive. We were welcomed very friendly. Upon arrival in the room, there seemed to be a part of the bedding missing, which was solved immediately by the host. They are very reachable through WhatsApp. Ample parking available. Now for the bad, the room is in much need of some TLC. There was mold on the ceiling, the shower head was clogged with limescale and the showerfloor seemed dirty (which wasn’t really the case but the eye said differently). There were touch ups done of the paining but they used a different type of paint, which didn’t make the room very appealing. No n…
