A very nice hotel; not perfect, but nothing is. If you book your reservation in dollars, even on the IHG website, they charge a 12.5% markup and call it 'exchange rate fluctuation.' They took my promised price in dollars (reserved one week prior) and upcharged me to pesos at a 22 pesos-per-dollar rate when the actual rate was 19.43. I live internationally; this is NOT a legitimate exchange rate conversion; it's a hidden surcharge. Also, IHG and the hotel both refused to do anything about it. It's a nice hotel. I made a reservation on my capital one app using my miles to pay for the room got there at 830 pm and was told that my reservation was cancelled because of no valid form of payment. Even though I paid for it the day prior. Turns out they over sold the hotel and had no other rooms they could give me. The guy at the front desk didn't even have the decency to look me in the eye nor apologize for inconviencing me and my wife.
