They are good in taking your money. Checked out of the hotel earlier and they charged full amount. Overcharged by about $1000 dollars. Hotel issued a refund 15 days ago and gave me a copy of the refund transaction. Problem is the refund never came. Hotel brushed me off when I called them 15 days later and advised me to call my credit card company. And I am a Spire member! You've been warned now.
Out of maybe 40 visits to this hotel I have only had one bad experience with the heat and AC being uncontrollable and uncomfortable. The happy hour meals are not great! Wonder if they do that so that people won’t eat?!? That room number is right next to the elevator to. All my other stays have been nothing short of great. Only wish there was a place to bake in the sun on the weekends.
