4.61240 reviewsThe location is probably one of the best features out of this hotel as it is in an area with a lot of restaurants a lot of cafés close to shopping experiences. Currently the hotel is being renovated, and that really put a damp in the experience as only one elevator was available and it took a very long time to get up and down to our floor. Service was adequate, but nothing to be excited about upon arrival I was giving a room different than what I had reserved and that delayed our initial experience
The rooms were clean, large, and very nice. The breakfast was great and coffee service always friendly and fast. However, they were working on the elevators so it was very loud and sometimes not working at all! I think because of the construction, there were loose boards banging in the wind all night keeping me awake! There also wasn't any hot two of the three nights for my shower!
Great location on district one, close to many restaurants. Rooms are good, ok, Front desk service was just ok. Not rude but not friendly at all. There's is construction inside the hotel and it was a little dusty. I am hesitant to stay there again.
