4.415 reviewsThe room was over a night club and the music was so loud I could not sleep … it was so loud I could feel the music… front desk, no one spoke English. I did not get my envoy points. Over all it was not a nice stay .. but I am loyal to Marriott hotels because they are usually good! The location was great … lots of night life and busy restaurants, safe neighbourhood.
Was great up until I extended my stay...how are you going to charge more than what I originally paid for but NOT include breakfast when my original reservation??? 🙄
Terrible service, I waited 2 hours for food and when I asked them they said they have not prepare it yet, they didn't even apologize for the delay, they just HUNG UP THE PHONE, AND WHEN TRYING TO CALL AGAINTHEY DONT ANSWER, NO ANSWER FROM RECEPTION NOR ROOM SERVICE, I won't come again here, and won't recommend this place.
