4.5555 reviewsWe absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The room was beautiful, the balcony with a hammock was a highlight and the daily housekeeping was thorough. The beach lounge area is perfect because there are not too many rooms it did not feel crowded. The location is perfect, we often walked 1 minute to the heart of downtown area. The breakfast was decent and service from all staff was great (shoutout to the man always raking and cleaning the beautiful grounds!). We also appreciated the water bottle refill station.
A very pleasant stay. Staff was accommodating including arranging private transfers from Cancun and on to our next destination. We had a lovely stay and great start to our trip. Loved the island and it's laid back vibes. The bar has a nice breakfast and is a comfy spot to grab a drink in the afternoon. A bit more seaweed than I would have liked accumulated while we were there but the lounging areas were totally clear and was only a few steps into clear water to avoid it. This place is amazing. The staff is great. There's a bar/restaurant at the hotel that has very good breakfast. Drinks are great too! The hotel was clean, very comfortable. Ice cold ac. We knew ahead of time that plug-ins were minimal. So bring a power strip. The room with the balcony was amazing. Hammock to relax in and watch the sunset. I weigh 260 and am 6'4 and my girl is 140. We relaxed in the hammock with ease. Very close walking distance to all the food and night life. I will be back and i will stay at LaPalapa. They even have an out door area with ample Adirondack chairs to enjoy 24/7.…
